Watersnake AFTA 2026 Promotion – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Watersnake AFTA 2026 Free Remote Holder Promotion conducted by Watersnake Distribution Pty Ltd (ABN 42 143 230 175) of 297–305 South Gippsland Highway, Dandenong South, Victoria 3175 ("Watersnake" or the "Promoter"). By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

Promotion Period
This promotion is valid on Saturday, 22 August 2026 during the AFTA Public Day from 9am – 3pm at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, while promotional stock lasts.

Eligibility
To be eligible, participants must:

  • Attend the Watersnake stand during AFTA Public Day.
  • Own a Watersnake Geo-Spot or Stealth GPS electric motor.
  • Follow Watersnake on Instagram (watersnake.motors).
  • Like the promotional video on Instagram or YouTube.
  • Subscribe to the Watersnake YouTube channel (@WatersnakeMotors).
  • Show a Watersnake representative that the above requirements have been completed.

Free Gift
Eligible participants will receive one (1) Watersnake GPS Remote Holder, while stocks last.

Conditions

  • Limit of one (1) GPS Pro Remote Holder per eligible person.
  • Offer is available while stocks last. No rain checks or back orders will be provided.
  • The free gift is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Watersnake reserves the right to verify eligibility, including proof of ownership of a Watersnake Geo-Spot or Stealth GPS motor.
  • Watersnake reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion where reasonably necessary.
